12:00 p.m. M-F Strength and Conditioning
4:30 p.m. T & TH - Aerobic Work
4:30 p.m. M & W - Strength and Conditioning
5:30 p.m., Strength and Conditioning
6:30 p.m., M-TH Strength and Conditioning
