CrossFit Classes

CrossFit classes take place Monday - Saturday. See below for the following times:

  • 5:45 a.m. M-F

  • 8:30 a.m., M-F

  • 9 a.m., SAT

  • 12:00 p.m. M-F

  • 5:30 p.m., M-F

  • 6:30 p.m., M-TH

Speed and Agility Classes

Speed and Agility classes take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. See below for the schedule:

  • 4:30-5:30 p.m.: Ages 15-17, MWF

  • 5:40-6:40 p.m: Ages 10 & under, MWF

  • 6:50-7:50 p.m.: Ages 10-14, MWF
