Classes

Classes take place Monday - Saturday. See below for the following times:

  • 5:30 a.m. M-F Strength and Conditioning

  • 9 a.m. SAT

  • 12:00 p.m. M-F Strength and Conditioning

  • 4:30 p.m. T & TH - Aerobic Work

  • 4:30 p.m. M & W - Strength and Conditioning

  • 5:30 p.m., Strength and Conditioning

  • 6:30 p.m., M-TH Strength and Conditioning
